Meatball Subs

A few days ago I made some mini french baguettes. They were delicious and crusty, and H. complained that they were too crunchy.

But I forged ahead and made meatball sandwiches anyway. And they were lovely.

And I used the meatball recipe from my Italian Wedding Soup.


I used pizza sauce over the meatballs, and served them with brussels and bacon.

Spaghetti Carbonara

 Today I tried out a recipe that I have been wanting to try for a long time.




I love Spaghetti Carbonara…I know, it’s strange for the girl who doesn’t like eggs to choose a dish that requires raw ones, but still.

It’s good.

And not at all like the version I’ve gotten from restaurants.

It is fast and easy and only has 5 ingredients. Yay.
